Absolutely disgusted!! Been told to swear word off by a member of receptionist staff.. whilst I am very poorly and needing their help, then when I've rang up to complain about it I've been told by the deputy manager I have said disgusting comments about the persons gender who was the member of staff I was speaking to.. which I never!! I will be reporting this incident to the police as well hoping to get evidence I never said such thing, appalled I will be changing my doctors!! AVOID really upset about this.
